Located in the former forest house Sobreira, at the foot of Monte de Nossa Senhora da Graça, this equipment was established as an innovative project in the nature tourism.
The main building was restored and transformed into a house for shelter Nature Sports practitioners and is equipped with - kitchen, 12 bunk beds, living room and storage room for bicycles.
In the annex building of this forest house was installed BTT Center with workshop, washing equipment of bicycles and bathhouses, which will allow practitioners of sports of nature, benefit from excellent logistics.
The municipality of Mondim de Basto already have available a digital platform dedicated to sports and nature - one trailpoint.
From this platform, interested parties can download to mobile phones or GPS's network of biking paths recently identified, which has 155 km of trails with different difficulty levels, all with departure and arrival in the old Forest House of Sobreira; the footpaths of Senhora da Graça and Levada Piscaredo and also useful information about paragliding.
