The wall and the gate of the House of Belinho, property of the poet Antonio Correia de Oliveira, transmit nobility. The central gate is surmounted by the arms of the family. Built on the property, the Chapel of Nossa Senhora do Rosario is from the sixteenth century, particularly from the second half of the century.
In Minate the river of Neiva is dammed by a good-sized pond, forming a lake of calm and pure water. The bucolic landscape is one that seems transport you to a different time, far from the mechanization and bustle of daily life.
In the south wall of the parish church dedicated to St. Paio, there is a medieval stone epigraph (IN ERA MCLXXXIII. X CALENDAS MAGII ABAS SAURIUS FUNDAVIT OPERA ISTA MER) related to the foundation of this church and that, according to popular tradition, this place would have been chosen to erect a monastery.
The cruise of parochial is at the bottom of the churchyard facing the Parish. The menhir of S. Paio de Antas is erected on a small hill, quite near the parish church.
In Guilheta towards of Foz do Neiva, the Chapel of Santa Tecla from the XIII century.
In the vicinity of this temple, on the left bank of the river Neiva, you can see one of the many ponds that served the mills on the banks of the river Neiva.
Following the course of this river you will easily find the Foz do Neiva one of the quiets beaches of the Area.
