Description: The Neiva Park is a leisure and adventure place, located in the village of Fragoso, in the northern part of the municipality of Barcelos. It extends for 5 hectares which can be explored with no limit, passing by a leisure area. It includes the most radical area of the park, which provides different activities such as climbing trees, slide, rappel, paintball and canoeing among others. The surrounding region is extraordinarily rich in natural and humanised landscape. Running through the area, it is possible to enjoy the mountain trails as well as to appreciate the old watermills.

Food and Wine: The traditional gastronomy of Barcelos has a set of delicacies, such as the codfish, the lamprey, the octopus, the “Rojões” (pork meat), the traditional “Papas de Sarrabulho” Barcelos manner, “Arroz Pica no Chão” (Rice and Chicken), the roast lamb, “Cozido à Portuguesa” (several meats with potatoes and green vegetables) and the roasted rooster Barcelos manner.
