The Casa dos Barões of Fermil is a building of the early 20th century, situated in the village of Fermil de Basto.
The first owner of the House was Guilherme Alves Machado, who received the title of First Baron of Fermil in the year 1900. The House was built in the middle of a family farm, where there was already a rural House surrounded by old camellias, maintaining the garden. The building features modern architecture lines, keeping the characteristic features of the noble House: the tower, the gateway, and the armorial stone.
